• Ensuring that the cleaning and transport services of our university are carried out without interruption,
• To ensure that the university office and service vehicles are always in working order,
• To organise the assignment forms before the vehicles go on duty,
• To comply with the Vehicle Law No. 237 in the management and administration of vehicles,
• To determine the stock status of cleaning materials and to notify the purchasing unit for the supply of cleaning materials that will be needed,
• To perform the duties assigned by the senior manager of the institution and the Head of Department in accordance with the relevant legislation.
